Recruiter

We are seeking a Recruiter for our international (US) hirings with strong verbal communication skills. This role requires an experienced individual who can recruit quality candidates in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

Pro-actively looking for candidates, operating search tools; LinkedIn, databases,Job boards as well Talent hunting
Will be responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes
Meet all assigned daily targets and deadlines in terms of resourcing quality candidates
Managing a complete database of candidates for future prospects and maintaining a liaison with candidates
Handling the task of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline along with performing initial CV sifting against job description.

Qualifications and Experience/Skills and Knowledge Required for the Role:

Graduate level with at least 02 years of previous recruiting experience.
Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate effective use of database tools.
Strong knowledge and utilization of various job boards
Must have good negotiation skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexible with 3rd shift (US timings)

NOTE: Apply only if you can follwo US EST TimeZone. (The Holidays would be US based, msotly)
