Relieves Chief Executive Officer of administrative functions in order to increase the time CEO has available for executive level responsibilities.
Handles a wide variety of complex and confidential situations and resolves conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports
Responsible for scheduling meetings and conference rooms
Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
Planning and organizing office activities & events
Maintains a well-organized, visually appealing and professional Executive Office
Attends executive committee meetings and takes minutes whenever required
Keeps agenda and appointments for CEO and keeps him updated of same
