Collaborate with stakeholders to understand software requirements and create test plans and strategies.
Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to validate software functionality and performance.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Document and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces, workflows, and system integrations.
Participate in test automation efforts, including the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.
Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential usability issues and edge cases.
Create and maintain test data and test environments as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate defect resolution.
Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage and defect metrics.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and testing methodologies.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing
Proven work experience as a QA Specialist, Software Tester, or similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
Experience with bug tracking systems and defect management processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a meticulous and systematic manner.
