Acquire freight rates (sea and truck) from multiple forwarders and transporters respectively & prepare summary of rates
Liaison with shipping agents for CRO and forward to Warehouse and ensure proper handling shipment at port
Liaison with Transporters to arrange vehicles at required loading point, Liaison with clearing agent for smooth custom clearance at port.
Strongly follow-up movement of material/machine/parts in transit to ensure timely arrival at customer premises.
Verify bills all related bills per agreed terms and present to In-Charge Logistics for approval
Liaison with Accounts, Finance and Taxation department.
