1.0 Basic Function

1.1 To manage all QA/QC activities at Qadbros, QEN & Qadcast

1.2 To manage all 3rd party inspections

1.3 To coordinate foreign customer inspection

1.4 To bring all quality matters (problems) of product, into the knowledge of Director Marketing and Operations

1.5 To make disposal decisions of all non conforming products

2.0 Responsibilities and Authority

2.1 General

2.1.1 To attend weekly managerial meeting at QBL

2.1.2 To present weekly QA data in the managerial meeting

2.1.3 To manage/monitor all Q.A function

2.1.4 To develop QA procedures whenever required

2.1.5 To stop the movement of all non conforming products

2.1.6 To communicate all QA related matters to other departments

2.1.7 To attend monthly work review meeting
