This position required technical knowledge of Mechanical / Heavy industry.

Liaison with procurement officer to acquire the list of requirements or demand and float queries.
Prepare comparative statements, generate credit and advance Purchase Orders.
Daily follow up on placed orders with suppliers according to procurement plan. Prepare goods inspection note of incoming materials.
Ensure to procure quality efficient items at competitive prices.
Perform verification, entries / updation of daily purchase bills into the system.
Arrange transport for procured items in coordination with the logistics department.
