Liaison with Procurement Specialist to acquire list of requirement or demand and float queries to relevant suppliers
Prepare comparative statements, Generate PO’s, assist Procurement Specialist in price negotiations and confirm timely orders after verification of final price and approval from Procurement Specialist
Assist Procurement Specialist in the procurement of required technical items according to the purchase order and ensure in time delivery to the stores
Prepare Goods Inspection Note for material/items for quality verification form concerned department
Coordinate with accounts department for the bill clearance and update vendor regarding payment information
Arrange transport for procured items in coordination with logistics department
