Responsibilities

Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met

You will spend the larger part of your day communicating with prospective clients via telephone and email as well as managing all sequences of the sales cycle so that our customers needs are met in an efficient and organized way
Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area served by our team to expand our sales region and meet the needs of a larger customer base
Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Driven to succeed
Able to rehearse and internalize scripts
Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
Eager to find best possible solution with a positive attitudeIs dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
