Job Overview

We are looking to hire an experience Accountant to join our finance department

Responsibilities for Finance Manager

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy
nd regulations.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account
information and trends.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Proven experience of banking relationship. Liaise with Micro finance banking sectors in terms
of investment, crediting and other facilities.
Experience with commercial, residential and hospitality Real Estate entities strongly preferred
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications for Finance Manager

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus
3-4 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
