Duties & Responsibilities: Leadership & Management
- daily monitor credit and recovery.
- reduce credit from the market and enhance market share.
- day to day update and build team to enhance work
- Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day wholesale operation within their defined work area including the strategic planning of resources
- Represent business in a positive and professional manner
- Keep up to date on market trends and new products
- Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the organization
- Stay abreast of industry matters through resources and networks
- Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy venders, clients and achieve organization’s goals
- Identify areas of improvement in the organization and assist in creating and implementing solutions
Sales & Marketing
- Generates ideas about future wholesale activities to ensure a cutting edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trends
- Build the brand through exceptional creativity, by nurturing relationships with influencers, and by producing the most remarkable events in the industry.
- Takes a lead role in building a strong sales management culture with the team; spends time coaching team members, identifying skills and opportunities for development; provides advice and guidance on issues when needed.
- Lead a team of sales & marketers to ensure the success and adoption of products as they go to market.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
- A highly analytical approach, used in a wide range of responsibilities, from customer development, to product adoption, to sales processes.
- Deliver training and sales tools to our sales team to help them be more efficient and effective.
- Identify the marketing, sales, and customer support teams about our customer behaviors and buying preferences and patterns.
- Plan and effectively execute an integrated program to enhance tenant sales and generate positive results for the overall success of the call center.
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies with focus on high growth in revenue and ROI in marketing costs.
- Manage key marketing channels including: SEO, paid search, affiliate marketing, media, email marketing, cooperative marketing, comparison shopping engines, data feed strategy, social media
- Serve as an SEO expert, develop and maintain SEO strategy and project plan
- Reporting, analysis and on-going optimization of all marketing channels.
- Ongoing planning and implementation of customer acquisition activities.
Customer Services (Call Center)
- Carrying out needs assessments, performance reviews and cost/benefit analyses;
- Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality;
- Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organization;
- Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services;
- Managing a team of customer services staff;
- Establish a proper customer feedback system.
- Development and implementation of professional best practice within in the Delivery Team.
- Above all, will be focused on service quality and standards, excellence in managing the delivery system from Store to end customers.
- To manage, develop and care for the Buying team.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure high service levels and optimum terms and conditions.
- Forecasting levels of demand for products to meet the business needs.
