Required Technical Skills:
Team Lead / Senior Developer will be responsible for technically leading the software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility for requirements capture, design, development, acceptance testing and package implementation
Strong expertise on various Salesforce.com APIs like SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs
Strong expertise in writing test classes and building triggers, batch classes, future methods etc.
Strong expertise in configurations like creating workflows, formula fields, roll up summary fields, assignment rules, roles, profiles, sharing settings etc.
Knowledge of working with Configuration management tools like Subversion and/or Git.
Ability to work in large implementation team that execute in agile fashion
Skills (Must have): Salesforce Lightning experience. Full understanding of development life cycles.
Certification (Must) ADM 201 or Platform App Builder. All certifications will be checked so Certification numbers will be required and shall be checked with relevant authorities.
English: Should be fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing & Listening). Communication with English clients: Must have communicated in English with foreign clients in past. Experience with UK clients will be an added advantage.
