Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (must have - no exception)
Windows Servers 2016 thru 2012
Network Protocols
Network Configuration
Microsoft Azure or AWS experience or certification
Microsoft Office 365 Support
Firewall Implementation and Management
Cyber Security Management
Remote Desktop Management
Helpdesk Support
Project Management

Must have a pleasant and friendly personality.

Must speak fluent English.

Must be flexible with schedule/shifts.

Must be punctual and responsible.
