Taking a lead role in maintenance and development of all online content
Meeting with concerned teams to plan and develop site content, style and appearance.
Using web content management system to analyze website usage statistics.
Working with management while maintaining and developing the master content calendar
Promoting information about the website to target customers and partners.
Carrying out quality assurance checks on content.
Reporting technical problems to IT support staff.
Dealing with legal issues, such as copyright and data protection.
Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all online communication
Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference.
Track and report on all site metrics

Team Management:

Managing team representatives directly and directing their activities for the achievement of targets and goals.
Monitoring team performance to ensure that the goal are met and supporting quality and training efforts.
Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.
