Develops and implement strategic Sales & marketing plans while forecasting to achieve objectives for products and services along with sales &marketing operating budget.
Develop and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share and ensures that Sales &Marketing KPIs are maintained with high performance.
To ensure & accept the challenge of consistent customer-centered growth by delivering distinguished wood panel solutions.
To devise a plan for enhancing sales volume through institutional Selling, Dealers Selling & Direct Selling.
Having complete knowledge about the names & profiles of all the major & minor architects, house builders & construction Contractors in all major the cities of the Punjab.
Responsible for establishing Display centres/show rooms (with office space) in Lahore for presentation about the offerings to valued clients. Having established, monitored and led marketing / sales/ recovery teams nationwide in all major cities.
Responsible for event management, products catalogue, maintaining media gallery on website & publicity through (Print, electronic & social media) campaigns.
Having proven track record of major turnaround in Sales & Marketing department in relevant industry.
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
Any other task assigned by the management in the relevant scope.

Note: The position is based in Lahore. However, the incumbent will be required to be available for extensive travel across the country as and when required.
