Responsibilities:
Develop and pursue sales strategies and territory plans that effectively market to clients and customers to drive profitable sales growth
Develop territory analysis and execute sales strategies against analysis with data-driven decision making
Assist accounts with the formation and implementation of actionable plans, structure and best practices for business development
Retain and expand relationships to achieve portfolio retention, sales, service, and profitability objectives, and proactively develop relationships with new business clients
Achieve sales targets through the execution of self-generated business development
Ensure comprehensive marketing of our products while also ensuring the promotion of our organization and products
Work with the sales teams to provide support on a regularly basis to ensure results, identify areas for opportunity
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Identify ongoing business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans.
Flexibility and adaptability are essential as Sales Managers are the liaison between the company’s headquarters and their assigned territory stores
Who You Are:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate and negotiate
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; English and Spanish is mandatory / English and Arabic is mandatory / English, Arabic, and French are mandatory
Self-starter with the confidence and ability to represent our team in a professional manner
Great communicator using technology with an advanced level in Microsoft Office and other data management & presentation tools
Positive attitude, personable, ability to easily establish rapport with new business clients
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Ability to travel 80% of the time
Access to own vehicle
Skill And Experience:
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or relevant field are preferred but not required
Track record of high performance – with a focus on sales and brand development
Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales an asset
Experienced in customer relationship management.
