What we require:
• Bachelor's degree/O/A Level in related fields is preferred.
• Fluent speaking in English
• Prior experience of 2-3 year with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
• Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
• Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
• Self-motivated and driven by targets
