Job description The Personal Injury - Sales role involves both inbound and outbound calling to clients in respect to their personal injury claim. Within the role you will be liaising between clients and solicitors as well as managing your own caseloads by evaluating the legal and insurance issues within the claims. As a Personal Injury - Sales Executive you are required to effectively and efficiently manage an allocated case load of personal injury claims in accordance with Company and client requirements and within the agreed authority limits. Day to day tasks

Ensure that all claims are handled within the terms of the Company procedures
Educating the client or the customer at all times in accordance with client SLA’s (service level agreement ), and the Ministry Of Justice procedures
Provide and maintain the highest levels of customer service with every client Work towards set targets and KPIs Desirable requirements To be successful in this role as a Personal Injury - Sales Executive you should possess some of the following skills or expertise:
A drive for customer satisfaction * Some telesales experience
Excellent communication skills in English both written and oral
Experience of dealing with inbound / outbound client telephone inquiries
Advisory services
Pro-Active and self-motivated
Ability to work to achievable targets and plan effectively
Excellent attention to deal

Qualification and experience requirements

We are seeking an established Sales Executive in order to operate within a Personal Claims field. The successful candidate will be experienced, exceptional, self-motivated and articulate. They must possess excellent communication skills in English (speaking,writing,reading and understanding) and have a firm understanding of team ethics in order to flourish in an exciting environment.Call centre experience will be preferable. Full Training is provided. Most importantly we are looking to attract candidates who are enthusiastic with a passion to learn and are committed to forging a long term career.
