The Incumbents must be skilled to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.

You will also run accounting software programs (ERP) to process business transactions; accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting support to the accounting department
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies Inform management and compile all financial reports (Balance sheet, P/L and cash flow statements).
  • Budgeting and Actual vs Budget variance.Cash forecasting.
  • Chasing Recovery and preparing recovery report on every 15 days and present to the director
  • Traveling and staying 2 to 3 days out of city per week.
  • Any other duty assigned by Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or higher in Commerce
  • Accounting is preferred or relevant certification required
  • Proven accounting experience
  • Familiarity with book-keeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software (ERP).

  Specific Tasks

  • Personal Accounts and coordination with Booking Manager.
  • Household Administration.
  • Banking and cash handling.
  • Weekly project visits.
  • Executive Assistant to CEO.
  • Make and manage meetings schedule.
  • Any other tasks assigned by CEO.
