Raina & Raina, a leading corporate law firm in Lahore established in 2009, is looking to hire female Advocate High Court with good research and drafting skills. Only serious candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced corporate environment are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To appear before different courts of law including High Court.

2. Conduct legal research on cases and gather pertinent legal information.

3. Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents.

4. Compile, proofread and edit drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies and other legal documents.

5. Monitor, study and develop written summaries of proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, court decisions, industry guidelines, trade journals and other relevant publications.

6. Assist with case preparations including opening and closing arguments and aiding in court motions or pleadings.

7. Analyze and summarize documents.

8. General administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

LLB from a local or foreign university with good legal research and drafting skills.
Must Have High Court License with at least 2 years’ experience for appearing before The High Court.
