Job Responsibilities

Keep and update record of all the financial transaction in system
Report weekly on the status of Accounts Payable/Accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements on monthly basis in the system
Prepare and send invoices to the clients
Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
Good knowledge of FBR & IRIS portals to prepare tax payments
Support HR administration and recruitment process
Payroll processing
Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
Scheduling and organizing internal/external meetings, trainings and events
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
Maintaining employee records and paperwork

Skills Required

Good knowledge of accounts, finance and tax
Basic knowledge of pay & benefits, recruitment, evaluation, training etc.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solver
Good decision-making skills
Reporting skills
