KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OPERATIONAL MANAGER:-

2. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations

2. Must have proven knowledge of full financial cycle, month-end, year closing

3. Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations and all other financial reports.

4. Ability to achieve deadlines and can ensure management reporting

5. Solving team inquiries, guiding them through difficult scenarios, and handling issues that cannot be handled by teams.

6. Leading team meetings for training & improvement purposes. Monitoring & managing progress reports of all the teams

7. Collaborate with clients where needed

8. Support the higher management where needed.

Office timings = 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
