We are looking for a HR Officer to be based in Rawalpindi / Islamabad.

Job Description:

Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
Following up on the Test/Interview process status.
Maintaining records related to benefits, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Assist with performance management procedure & preparation of reports.
Update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
Leave & Hours Management.
Complete Hiring and termination paperwork.
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong values with high ethics and integrity.

Job Timing:

Mon to Fri (10:00 AM to 07:00 PM)
Sat & Sun Off
