Our home office in Lahore is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional dining experiences to our employees and clients.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals for the home office, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring a balance of nutrition, variety, and taste.
Develop and maintain a diverse menu that caters to different dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-sensitive options.
Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers, ensuring freshness and sustainability.
Ensure that all food preparation and cooking is carried out according to food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute special events, meetings, and catering needs.
Continuously improve recipes and cooking techniques, staying up-to date with industry trends and food innovation.
Manage food inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional chef, with a proven track record of culinary excellence.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Pakistani and international cuisine, with a focus on creative and innovative cooking techniques.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with dietary restrictions and food allergies.
Commitment to food safety and hygiene practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays as needed.
