Roles & Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and selection process including job postings against the vacancies arise during the year and manage the entire induction process as well as orientation and on boarding of new incumbent
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Develop data analysis reports
Maintenance of employee’s personnel files and HR record
Assist with performance management cycle
Assist in payroll processing and administration
Monitor daily attendance and leave management
Handling of health care claim reimbursements
Issuance of all HR related letters, experience certificates, advisories, leave letters etc.
Manage and complete the separation of outgoing employees starting from preparing acceptance to confirming final payment clearance
Conducting and analyzing exit interviews
Ensure employee grievances are handled in a timely manner
Constant coaching and counseling of staff and guidance on HR matters
Coordinate and execute special projects assigned by HOD
Aby task assign by the management.
