  • Process purchasing orders, track orders and investigate problems
  • Perform a physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock.
  • Well versed with taxes and other financial regulations and procedures
  • Well versed with custom duty documents, regulations, and procedures for both air and sea.
  • Experience in implementing an inventory tracking system
  • Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
  • Sound knowledge of financial reporting, pre- and post-audits, and budget forecasting. 
  • Compliance of policies, plans, procedures and regulations which could have significant impact on operations and reports
  • Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial information, including accounting records, in order to plan, monitor and report business operations.
  • Experience in MS Excel and other inventory management and financial software will be preferred.
