Manage, maintain, and update respective records of project approval; project proposals; approval status, and project funding agreement.
Receive and maintain records of all documents, requests, invoices, and bills.
Under the supervision of respective supervisors’ release the payments as per the requirements.
Verify field suppliers, vendors, staff invoices, and daily traveling claims according to policies.
Send the updated record of bills to head office for release of payments.
Manage respective donor-wise journals and books.
Assist respective supervisors in the verification of vouchers.
Acquire vouchers from respective supervisors and process them accordingly.
Aid and support to respective members in department functions.
Report respective concerns to respective supervisors.

All other related tasks as assigned by the respective supervisor.

Knowledge and Skills:

Project Accounting
Grant Management.
Financial Reporting
Knowledge about Taxes and Filing
Accuracy of deliverables.
Efficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and other relevant software.
