- Should work on all Accounting and Finance operations including Payroll, Invoicing, Receivable and Payable Management, Petty Cash, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Should have experience in day to day accounting operations with strong knowledge on GST, Income Tax, PF, Gratuity & banking operations.
- Prepare financial analysis, KPI’s and cost reports as required.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including Month and Year end process, Accounts payable / receivable, Cash receipts, General ledger.
- Responsible for timely monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow report
- Cash flow forecasting, budgeting
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Direct internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls. Coordinate preparation for external audits and external financial reporting.
- Preparation and filing of returns for sales tax, Income tax, Excise and other forms of taxes and charges.
- Should have experience in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets / Annual operating plan
- Expert knowledge on annual accounting audit and income tax return filing with related compliance's
- Should run financial reports with the Director.
- Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation
- Should be proactive.
