We are expanding our operations by looking for experienced Placement Specialists who can speak English fluently based in the Lahore area in Pakistan given they will be based in our Lahore office.

Job Description

You are somebody who has extensive experience in recruitment. We are looking to place senior manager level and above people into external organisations. So placement experience would be preferred.

Using all your recruitment experience and know-how, you will engage with and support external business’, providing them with recommendations and solutions to their problems, building a relationship with them to attract their business in terms of taking on one of our senior manager and above people.

This role requires effective communication and influence, being able to exercise and articulate sound judgement, utilising your experience to meet and exceed business requirements and expectations for which you will be richly rewarded.

The key responsibilities of a Recruitment Specialist are to:

  • Identify and develop business relationships in a competitive environment.
  • Develop a good understanding of these businesses and what they do to build a relationship with them and their key decision makers.
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques to attract business from organisations interested in taking on senior managerial and executive level staff on an interim or part time basis or as part of a wider managed service solution.
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each particular business, providing relevant solutions which include placement of our staff.
  • Contact pre-identified leads using our CRM and source suitable business to place interim / part time staff, brief them on the opportunities offered by our business, and prepare them for consultation with the UK team if necessary.
  • Contribute to the attraction of business interested in interim/ part time staff and the integrity of the details held on them.
  • Advertise placements using social media and job boards, using various mediums to follow up conversations if unable to reach over the telephone (email, direct message etc).
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that relate to the number of staff placed.

Requirements

  • 5 years recruitment job placement experience
  • Fluent English speaking
  • Based in Lahore as this an office based position
