The ideal candidate should be Bachelors/Master Degree preferably in Human Resource Management with Minimum 1-3 Years of Recruitment Experience in the relevant field in well reputed organization(s).
The candidate must possess:
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant personality.
- Strong Persuasive and analytical skills are required for effective and in time decision making.
Responsibilities:
- A very good understanding on developing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures & Processes
- Managing Complete Recruitment process including Rigorous Head hunting and posting on different job portals.
- Responsible for Employees’ Orientations, Socialization and Motivation
- Experience from recruitment agency will be preferred
