Working directly under Manager Operations in our Lahore office, this role entails (but not limited to)
1. Manage online recruitment portal
a. Work with development team to make the recruitment portal live
b. Integrate the recruitment vacancies on Website and Social Media
c. Under supervision of Operations Manager, create Job Specifications for new vacancies
d. Assist Operations Manager in finding new business opportunities regards to recruitment campaign for other clients including meeting potential business contacts
e. Scheduling interviews and be involved in initial screening process for candidates over the phone and face-to-face
f. Data entry of CV’s and business potentials in the online recruitment system
2. Manage Training Programmes
a. Design course layouts
b. Produce training program marketing material
c. Develop training schedules
d. Assist Operations Manager in trainee enrolment process
e. Assist Operations Manager in setting up classes and other administration tasks
3. General Administration Tasks
a. Maintain the Website content and Social media profile of organisation
b. Compile letters, templates, designs, layouts, contract documents with suppliers, employees, trainers, trainees, candidates etc.
c. General data entry in online databases of various Cloud based system
d. Be involved in providing feedback to develop our systems with advanced features
4. Act as a deputy to the Manager Operations in managing office discipline, staff time keeping, holiday records and general administration..
