We are looking for a young energetic sales officer for our company. Candidates must be from Base City and have their own bike.
Responsibility:
- Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)
- Develop new sales strategies and models
- Evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness
- Build long-lasting client relationships
- Achieving the monthly Volume targets locked at the start of the month
- The productivity of daily planned shops to be visited
- Identify stock requirement at the warehouse
- Deliver volume and revenue the target for his territory
- The rollout of Sales modules.
- New account development
- Weekly reporting on all KPI’s mentioned above to the ASM
- Ensure consistent achievement of all relevant product/monthly targets.
- Submit weekly reports to the Manager.
- Can do attitude.
