Job Description:

Reports directly to the CEO.
Organizes all his daily activities/meeting schedules and attends all meetings.
Arranges his travel and hotel bookings.
Coordinates activities/weekly reports of various departments within the company.
Compiles, stores, and retrieves managerial data.
Answers all emails and transfers to people concerned within the company.
Any other tasks as assigned by the CEO

Requirements:

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Must be good at google calendar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Must have one to two years experience in the same field.
Must have strong communication abilities.
Knowledge in computer (MS Office Package) is a must.
Must be willing to work in the Evening Shift (06:00 pm to 2:00am)
