· To handle office sales operations effectively & coordinating with field management, supply chain & accounts / finance deptt.
· To receive distributors orders from the sales team, process them & exercise follow up with supply chain for timely dispatches .
· To prepare & maintain sales statistics (primary & secondary sales statements) of customers / towns / territories by products / months.
· To handle enquiries from distributors / field management regarding despatches.
· To follow up with the field management in respect of sales orders & receivables.
· To receive report & returns from sales team, follow up the missing reports & receive on schedule.
· To collect party wise statement of accounts & invoices for onward dispatch to concerned distributors.
