Reporting to the CEO, Regional Manager will assume responsibility as a P&L owner. With the CEO’s consultation, he will draft, meet and/or exceed the short-term and long-term strategic goals and ensure a persistent bottom-line growth. Typically, his responsibilities will include:

  •       Developing and executing the strategies to achieve business objectives
  •       Building and managing a team of Engineers
  •       Exploring the markets, maintaining relationships and hunting for projects
  •       Execution of CAC projects: Managing and supervising supply, transportation, shifting and installation, commissioning, testing and balancing and after sales services
  •       Assuming leadership of all business functions including sales, marketing, finance, operations, services, human resources & administration.
  •       Developing new markets
  •       Ensuring market penetration of company’s brands in multiple sectors including but not limited to Light Commercial, Commercial, Industrial Processing, Data Centers etc.
  •       Ensures all employees operate under basic business ethics, adhere to high levels of honesty & respect and closely follow company’s policies and procedures
