We are a local Oil marketing company with Petrol pumps across different locations in Pakistan. We are rapidly expanding and growing organization and seeking talented individuals to be a part of newly developing organization. We are in the phase of launching an International lubricant brand in Pakistan. We have a professional 5 year business plan and to meet the challenges of current lubricant industry and launching a complete brand portfolio across Pakistan, we are looking for Regional and Territory managers for lubricant business. If you are a motivated, intelligent, creative, and hardworking individual, then this job is for you!
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for launching the brand in your designated Region / Territory.
- Responsible for managing your territory to deliver sales as per business plan.
- Appoint efficient distributors in your region / territory to increase brand and shelve share in the market.
- Extensive domestic travel is required to monitor the brand and distributor performance.
- Meeting with the Workshop owners, mechanics for brand availability.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree (Preferred) or Graduate
- 5 to 8 Year (Regional Manager) and 3 to 5 Year (Territory Manager) Industry related experience in any reputed Oil marketing company / Lubricant brand
- Fluency in English is a must
- Self-motivated, Self started, business minded, expert in business development
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
