1. Provide support to Manager HR in recruitment and selection, HR operations, policies & procedures
2. Ensure all HR operations processes are aligned with Company's policies
3. Maintaining and updating HR material (HR policies, manuals and procedures)
4. Help in developing and updating objectives, KPI's and JD's as and when needed
5. Dealing with employees, handling their issues and counselling them as and when needed
6. Work on staff's training and development needs
We have in house capabilities of printing, die cutting, varnishing, laminating, pasting cartons, labels, poster and the odd demands of the clients. All these multitudes of processes are housed under one roof and are done through equipments which are renowned the world over for productivity and quality.
