Position Summary:
The "Legal Advisor" is expected to support the Relief International Country Program on a broad range of issues, including but not limited to taking the day to day legal responsibilities and providing legal advice that includes all the aspects of the analysis, investigation and drafting process. This includes legal advice, direction and services to the Relief International Country and Provincial Offices; internal departments and management, concerning the legal obligations and operations of the RI and in particular, the minimization of risk and contractual exposure. The legal advisor may be consulted at all times during office hours by the Relief International Senior Management Team (SMT) members on all matters and business requiring professional advise and opinion.
