Full Job Description

We are looking for hard working individuals looking to be a part of our fast growing company! We are a high volume business processing outsourcing provider that focuses on home loan processing transactions.

This position doesn’t require prior experience and training shall be provided. Training is composed of 1-Month Basic Training followed by 3-Months’ probation on the job training. This is an entry level positions.

Requirements for this position include:

Must have 4 years of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, mathematics, statistics, general sciences.
Must have good mathematical skills. Able to understand and compute simple transactions.
Must have good English language and comprehension skills. Able to explain him/herself to the person speaking with.
Willing to learn and put extra effort to learn about documentation, compliance, simple mathematical computations.
Customer Service: Conducts professional customer (or team member) interactions; responds promptly to customer needs and manages difficult and/or emotional customer situations.
Effectiveness: Strong organization and time management skills; ability to perform multiple tasks successfully, often in stressful situations while managing competing priorities:
Teamwork: Supports the organizations goals and vales; gives and welcomes feedback and contributes to building a positive team spirit.
Ethics: Works with integrity; treats people with respect; inspires and trusts others
Communication: has a strong verbal and written communication skills and comprehension; listens and request clarification as required for compensation; able to read and interpret written information.
