  • Manage the entire cycle of the construction project.
  • Ensure timely completion of the project, within specified quality and cost.
  • Perform quality control checks, ensuring that specified quality standards are adhered to.
  • Keep a track of project activities for timely completion, using progress tracking tools including software, subjective report writing and other reporting tools.
  • Manage financial reporting of the project. Ensure that a regular track is kept of the costs, in comparison to BOQs and project budget.
  • Manage the entire on-site project team, making sure that their productivity doesn’t get affected, and that they stay motivated throughout the duration of the project.
