Job Duties

Delivering key KPIs: generating sales, margin, frequency etcetera for portfolio shops
Accountable for a Portfolio business plan which focuses clearly on planning, and execution of targeting new and existing customers
Identifying the business potential of the prospective customer and developing a professional relationship through personal visits
Following up on new customer activity in order to establish customer needs and to respond to any feedback/criticism/potential
Prioritization of field visits of franchisees and, where possible, optimization of route planning
Support New shops in Maintenance of floor standards and stock levels
Guide Shop team on how to greet and provide the required product information in terms of specification, availability, price and location to the customers
Qualifications: Min Bachelors
Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG Sales, Retail Chain Operations
Salary bracket: 45K to 55K
Industry of Client Company: Retail Chain/Modern Trade
