Job Duties:
1. Attend daily morning meeting at distribution as per itinerary & share minutes with PM on weekly basis
2. Visit markets on daily basis to check at least 3 merchandisers and submit reports accordingly
3. Ensure all KPIs to be achieved on daily basis
4. Share day end report on all relevant WhatsApp groups with above mention KPIs
5. Monitor dashboards regularly to meet standards/requirements of the project
6. Analyze PJP Rationalization & suggest changes backed by market reports
7. Maintain good relationship with sales and distribution team
8. Manage all merchandiser related issues and keep Project Manager posted on them
9. Provide attendance & HR data on month end of all merchandisers
10. Provide reports by analyzing weekly progress of OSA, SOS & Planogram and successful stores’ issues)
11. Provide Market Intelligence Report (Weekly & Cumulative of 4 weeks) shared in 1st week of each month
12. Share execution pictures by channel as per client guidelines
13. Maintain POSM/Assets tracker by distributor and client
14. Visit outstation team once a month to find out problems & solution
15. Conduct training sessions of the projects assigned once a week
