Job Scope

Develop concrete plans for each project including the schedule, outlining the duties of each team member, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for deliverables
Develop project plans and present them to upper-level management before commencing each project
Visit distributions and markets twice a month to ensure productivity
Visit outstations markets once a month
Keep a strong follow up with the operations team by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Monitor progress of MIS & Operations team and make adjustments as needed
Develop & train operations team (especially weak performing team members) to reduce the attrition rate
Build a good relationship with clients by providing expected deliverables

Who can apply?

The incumbent:

Should hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree or above from reputable institution
Should have experience of at least 2 to 3 years
Should have team management, leadership, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Requires travelling within/outside city
