Lead Graphic Designer/ UX / UI Designer

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization of Company Presence & Brand Experience
Create brand design philosophy with team and ensure the brand is established in that way across channels.
Creating and implementing interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications
Create design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Develop design elements based on visualizations
Reiterate until the right mark is hit
Have two-way conversations on feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Knowledge and Skills:

Solid experience in designing websites, web/mobile applications
5-7+ years of proven UI/UX experience
Demonstrable UI and graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Having your own processes for carrying work start to finish
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
