Manage the implementation and adherence to the Organizations Quality Policy in all aspects of operations.Responsible to resolve customer complaints and taking appropriate action to solve the problemEnsures correct operation and balancing of cash register & daily reporting.Maintaining high standards of morale, hygiene and personal appearance of all staff.Perform other duties as and when required by the Management.To assist Directorin building, protecting and for continuous improvement by satisfying operational and Quality Management system (QMS) requirements.He should make sure that the Restaurant meets ISO standards.Responsible to meet the expectation of the customers.Assist Senior Management in the development of key functional areas.Perform his duties andresponsibilitieswith in the time frame set by management.
