We are UK based Consultancy Compnay practice, seeking to hire a trustworthy individual for Pakistan based office who can work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. 

Training will be given for this role, although basic computer and paperwork skills is required. 

  • Ensuring all ECO documentation is present and has been completed properly and correctly
  • Liaising with surveyors, installers and assessors to ensure all paperwork is correct and handed in on time
  • Preparing all documentation for submission via CRM and other software systems used;
  • Checking Energy Performance Certificates and associated data
  • Collecting and collating sales and install information;
  • Speaking to customers to deal with cancelations or to book jobs in
  • Working to specific projects outcomes and submission deadlines.
  • Ensure all stakeholder responsibilities are upheld
  • Ensure regulatory and accreditation requirements are upheld
  • You will be required to be organized to meet administrative targets and deadlines.
  • You must have the ability to keep accurate records and have impeccable time management skills.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork deadlines are met.
  • You will need to be confident on the telephone to liaise with surveyors, energy assessors and their funding partners.
  • In addition, you will need to be computer literate and be able to upload work, jobs and sales to the relevant computer software.
  • You will also be responsible for managing the administration of sales and leads for their other contract partners.

This is a busy role, with a lot of responsibility.

  • You will be key to the smooth operation and running of the sales and install teams, as well as the office generally.
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will need to be pro-active, creative and intelligent.

The experience required for this role is as follows:

  • 2 years working in an office environment
  • Experience of completing paperwork to ISO or PAS standards
  • Background of working with sales and or install teams preferred.
  • Induction training to be provided at the start of your role.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 months
