A cosmetic manufacturing company is looking for a QC executive to oversee all QC/QA related matters.

Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
Conducting line clearance, raw material testing, in process testing, and finished goods testing on daily basis.
Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
Investigating and setting standards for quality
Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with set standards
Working with management to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
Documenting all SOPs and day to day activities
Determining training needs
Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
Directing objectives to maximise profitability
Monitoring performance by supervising labor and operators.
Effectively promote quality achievement and performance improvements
Analyze defective returns and communicate with appropriate individuals to implement countermeasures
Develop, deploy and maintain the plant's quality and continuous improvement systems.
Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
To undertake any other assignment given by Immediate Supervisor
