Sales Operations Manager

A FMCG sales and marketing company is looking for a candidate for the position of sales operations Manager. The candidate should be hard working and have previously worked in a similar role and have an understanding of the FMCG sales market. Candidates that show the potential to work independently will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily coordination with sales team
Monitoring Daily Sales & attendance
Liaison with sales team for ensuring sales targets are met along with payment recoveries
Liaison with supply chain to ensure stock is dispatched on timely basis to distributors
Liaison with accounts department for distributor payments and agreements
Making sales forecasts based on historical sales
Ensuring sales targets are being met and advising sales team to increase their sales.
Reporting to COO with sales reports and suggestions.
Monitoring market credit to ensure it does not exceed set limits.
Working as the link between sales team and company.
Developing SOPs and policies for sales.
