REXX Pakistan is hiring customer service and support employees who will be responsible for answering customer calls & data entry also.
The employee will be responsible for:
· Should have to take in-bound calls
· Providing First Call Resolution (FCR) to the customer’s
· Positive attitude towards work & customers
· Ability to work under pressure
· Meet targets in define timeline
· The candidate should have to thoroughly collect the required data from the customer along with the concerns and advise the customer and/or follow up within the day of complaint submission.
· Ability to use simple navigation of the internet to find data
· Experience using Google Sheets
· Easily adapts to changes in processes as needed
· Excellent accuracy in data entry
· English fluency speaking
