We are a growing Architectural practice located in E-11 Islamabad. We are interested in hiring an individual for the position of Auto CAD Operator. The position requires a proactive attitude and a presentable personality.
The applicant should be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work from rough sketches and specifications created by architects
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes
- Ability to follow complex instructions and diagrams to create or modify drawings using company and government drafting standards.
- Add details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques
- Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by architects
- Maintain, support and operate associated plotters and printers.
- Work under the supervision of architects
- Coordinate Architectural drawings with Structure and MEP
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight.
- Explain drawings to construction teams and engineers to provide adjustments as necessary.
- Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.
- Review completed construction drawings and cost estimates for accuracy and conformity to standards and regulations
The applicant should have the following skills:
· Fluent in Urdu and English Language.
· Proficient in AutoCAD
· Preferred if have knowledge of 3D software
· Preferred if have knowledge of XREF system
· Proficient in MS Office
· Good communication skills
· Multitasking skills
