To ensure timely completion of production orders through daily tracking of production department activities with analysis of material and labor efficiency
To keep a comprehensive check and balance over Labor overtime & material wastage
To make Production Note of the ready items in ERP Software
To check and monitor the work on production floor
To identify the inter-departmental process variances and coordinate quick rectification at the respective stages
To prepare weekly production report and conduct loss analysis to ensure elimination of major issues in the production processes
To ensure that the product being made at workshop should fulfill necessary requirements of the quality standards
To ensure on-time dispatch of finished product at right quality and quantity
To minimize breakdowns through emphasis on planned and progressive maintenance
To keep a check on the consumption of material and consumables from Production point of view
